How do I Get Started?

I offer an initial FREE telephone consultation in strict confidence to discuss your main issues and concerns, what you hope to achieve and to determine if I can help.

Divorce coaching is not for everyone. The success of the process rests on your willingness to take total responsibility for your choices and your commitment to go the distance to move through and beyond your divorce as peacefully and efficiently as possible.

To determine if this is the right time for you to start taking charge of your life and your divorce, I invite you to check out your Coachability Index

If we mutually agree that coaching is right for you at this time, we will schedule further dates and times for the next sessions. The sessions are best pre-booked so that you have a date to work towards and we can see progress being made.

We usually begin the coaching relationship with a Discovery Session to further discuss your needs and goals, and tailor a programme to suit you personally. Together we determine the best way we can work together and co-design a game plan to guide you successfully to the place you want to be.

There is some preparation work involved before we get started. Prior to our first session I usually send out a “Welcome Pack” which includes: a welcome letter, an intake form, policies and procedures, a coaching agreement, information on how I work with clients and how you can get the most out of your sessions.

Once we have completed the information gathering portion of the coaching relationship, our weekly sessions follow a general 7-step format that is extremely flexible and is modified as needed.

To determine if this is the right time for you to start taking charge of your life and your dreams, I invite you to check out the free Coachability Index.

Coaching is an important tool for helping you navigate through your divorce and beyond.

Healing
the Broken Heart
based on "Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends" by Dr. Bruce Fisher » Workshop Info & Registration

People often become what they believe themselves to be. When I believe I cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it. When I believe I can, I acquire the ability to do it even if I didn’t have it in the beginning.
